Return Window

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:
 • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
 • Keep your order receipt or proof of purchase handy.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@chillsip.in with your order details.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll share the return shipping instructions and label (if applicable).

Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll quickly resolve it by replacing or refunding your item.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products can’t be returned, such as:
 • Personalized or custom-engraved products
 • Sale or discounted items
 • Gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different product? The fastest way is to return your item (once approved) and place a new order.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
