Order Processing

All orders are packed and dispatched within 5–10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.

Shipping Charges

We’re happy to offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

Order Tracking

When your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipment confirmation, please contact us at hello@chillsip.in with your name and order number — we’ll check and resolve it quickly.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please email us right away at hello@chillsip.in with your order details and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll investigate and offer a suitable solution.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued after inspection, excluding return shipping costs. Personalized products are not eligible for return.
